PROGRAM FOCUS & OVERVIEW
Register TodayOctober 2024
The focus of the ice times in October will revolve around utilizing our inside and outside edges. Drills will be tailored around creating time and space with our edging, deception, and corner work to attack the middle of the ice.
November 2024
In November, the group will look to utilize their ‘flat edge’ in conjunction with stickhandling. We will graduate from the previous lessons in deception to now focus on stickhandling in conjunction with our edge work.
December 2024
Before the start of the new year, the group will look to create time and space with speed. One of the most effective ways to build speed is through crossovers. As such, December will have an emphasis on cross-overs and developing speed to create separation from opponents.
January 2025
In the new year, the first two ice times will focus on reiterating previous learnings but doing so at high-speeds. The remaining sessions will be dedicated to shooting as we learn both forehand and backhand shots.
February 2025
February will be dedicated to positional skills. Forwards will perform skill drills specific to their position, while the defense will focus specifically on their positioning.
March 2025
In the final sessions, the group will complete high-performance drills at high-speeds. The primary objective is to tie in all of our learnings into the remaining sessions.

After obtaining his university degree, he was promoted to the Men’s World Championship and Men’s Olympic Programs. He was fortunate to win gold during the 2021 Men’s World Championships in Riga, Latvia.
