3 Day Speed Camp with Danielle Fujita
Each player/group will have, technical skating, on ice skills, classroom (which includes mental performance and nutrition), and strength and conditioning training.
Ages: Groups 8-10 Year Olds, 11-14 Year Olds, 15 & Older
Times: Fri 2:00PM – 8:45PM / Sat 8:45AM – 2:45PM / Sun 8:45AM – 2:45PM
Length: 3 days
Dates: June 21 / 22 / 23
Location: 7 Chiefs Sportsplex
Details : Each group will have technical skating, on ice skills, mental performance including nutrition & off ice strength and conditioning.
